Cold Laser: Cold laser therapy is a directed light beam that goes through the tissues. The therapy decreases nerve excitability, resulting in muscle relaxation and pain relief. Cold laser therapy is FDA approved for carpal tunnel syndrome and is also used to help a variety of problems including arthritis, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, low back, knee, neck and even jaw pain.

Neuromuscular Rehab: This is a combination of deep tissue massage which releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body and specific exercises which maximize stretching and strengthening.

Therapeutic Massage: Myofascial massage is the slowest type of bodywork. This type of work is used to relieve aches and pains. Lotions are not used. Instead, the therapist will apply pressure, using the palm of his hand or finger tips.
